Spring has been slow to come to Ottawa this year, however, there are more and more signs! The cover image of this month's newsletter is of a gorgeous snowdrop taken on April 2.
The focus of this newsletter continues from last one in terms of incorporating practices that bring more positive images, thoughts and feelings into our lives. There is so much happening across the globe that is disturbing and disheartening and is the focus of our newsfeeds. It's very easy to follow the inherent negativity bias built into our wiring, so it becomes even more important to make conscious choices to bring in the positive when we can.
For those who are finding that your stress levels are increasing, and who have done NeurOptimal® sessions in the past, perhaps now is a good time to come in for a tune-up session to bring your nervous system back into balance, or to rent a system for the weekend and you can do up to four sessions.
