Hi there,

Chris’s Corner

What a glorious summer and here we are in September! I always know that July and August go by in the blink of an eye and yet I'm always surprised when September rolls around. I hope that all of you were able to enjoy some time off with family and/or friends and take in the colours and sounds of summer. What are the most special summer memories you'll be holding onto? Mine were seeing loons, osprey, herons and an eagle when out canoeing and having a barred owl fly over the car on a country road and float up into a tree!
As we head into fall, may the transition back to school be as smooth as possible for those of you with children or who are attending classes yourselves, may we continue to have some glorious weather this month and I hold the vision that there will be a much smaller wave of Covid coming through this fall.
