January has been a tough month. The weather has been unseasonably cold, Covid restrictions have been back in place, and the stress level of everyone I know has ramped up. Staying mentally and emotionally strong takes more work during these times so for this month’s newsletter I’m referring back to an excellent mindfulness tool called RAIN and a new practice I’m currently working with called “take in the good”. There are lots of tools out there to choose from and I encourage all of you to explore which work best for you. Self-care is always important, and these days it is critical. Take good care of yourselves.
