I hope that everyone had a safe Thanksgiving. I've been spending time reflecting on friends and family, even more so as the COVID-19 restrictions increase and seeing them in person is so much more difficult.

This month’s article is about EFT Tapping which is a technique I've used to enhance my Neurofeedback training. Like any other practice, it is not something you can do once or twice and expect significant results. Tapping is a tool, like mindfulness, meditation or Neurofeedback that needs to be practiced over and over. Choosing the combination of tools that work best for you is the best gift you can give yourself, especially during COVID, to maximize your sense of well-being.
